I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Hemel Hempstead, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
They asked 10 questions regarding the job you are applying for and how your past work experience relates to this job. They will give points to each questions. The candidate who gets the highest point should win the job.
It was a pleasant experience, a panel consisting of two people who were very friendly. It consisted of six questions split evenly between them and they were behaviour based questions.

Interview
Mental Health Admin/Receptionist - Monkwearmouth Hospital. It was a 30 minute interview - it felt rushed. Their verbal nods gave me the feel of "ok hurry up" - but answering an interview question with the STAR format isn't that quick. They had around 4-6 questions. I have only just found this site so I am trying to remember the best I can.
