Prior Maths and English exams which lasted an hour and were basic followed by an in-person interview. All very straight forward questions, the interview only lasted about 15 minutes. Everything was conducted timely and thoughtfully.

Applied online Received an email to say I had got an interview, had to go online to accept/ decline. I then received date and time and info on interview details etc Interview was relaxed and lasted for around 20 minutes
