Interview
It was just a short 1 hour interview with the hiring mgr and supervisor. We discussed my background and my knowledge of their products and processes. They evaluated my experience levels on various things and then asked about my previous roles, certifications, etc. The process was quite easy and I walked away feeling that I knew where I stood.

Interview
I applied for the job and subsequently got invited for an interview at Great Yarmouth. The interview panel was 5 or 6 people who all engaged in the interview with their own questions.

Question 1
I was asked about my current job responsibilities and why I wanted to move jobs. My reason for declining was due to non negotiable and job contract terms and conditions. They wanted me to accept the job before seeing the contract and terms and conditions. After I persuaded them to provide this crucial information, there were some surprising aspects.. for instance NOV being able to change the job title and job location at will.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NOV (Mumbai) in May 2013
Interview
Brief interview on the processes known from the previous organization and what to expect from the candidate. Questions on knowledge of incoterms, LC and other commercial aspects asked. Second round was with the country manager.
