Interview
Three stage process.
1. Information session at my college campus.
2. Selected for 1st round interview: 2 on 1 with about half technical questions and half personality questions.
3. Selected for 2nd round interview: Flew me to Houston and had a multi day event with about 100 other candidates. Had 2 different interviews there that were mostly situational questions. Nothing technical.
Was called and offered the position.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NOV (Shanghai, Shanghai) in July 2014
Interview
It was a small room with three interviewers, one IT manager, one IT specialist, one HR manager. The interview process was quite easy and quick. Firstly they just ask about my personal info. and then check the English level that I hold by turning to a English-speaking interview. And the rest time was about some not-that-relevant questions, like what's my parents do, and what school experience I could hold.
