Firstly conducted telephone interview, then contacted by email for face to face interview, Asked types of work I have done, gave a list of engineering questions for assessment, and discussion about each questions,

I talked with manager over the phone and he asked me some typical behavioural and technical questions. He explained me about his company and type of the projects the work on and number of people working in a team, the requirements for this positions and software they work with, their salary range, their clients.
