I interviewed at NTERSOL

Interview

Initial call with recruiter that included 10 technical questions. Second call was with technical manager to answer 5-6 questions in more depth. Followed by programming exercise. Third call was with a developer that had a programming exercise. Followed by CTO with another programming exercise and general technical discussion

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NTERSOL in Mar 2022

Interview

There were three total interviews. First was an initial phone screen with the recruiter. Second was an hour-long technical interview with one developer. Third was a two hour, two part interview with two developers asking technical questions and then a coding challenge at the end. Coding challenge was straight forward.

Interview

Applied and got a call back fast. First interview was mostly technical with a code exercise. Second interview was two hours long with two separate coding exercises. The second exercise was convoluted and the interviewer seemed disengaged with the conversation from the moment he got on the call.
