The girl I interviewed with was very nice, and she would have been a great person to interview with if I was applying for an administrative position. However, I feel that a nurse manager should be interviewing candidates who will be hired to work in the clinical area of a medical office.
I was also promised several things during the interview that were absolutely not followed through with after working for the company. This was not the interviewers fault at all, it was due to poor communication and lack of skills and experience of the companies upper management.
