There are 2 Tech Interview which will be written.
( based on the role questions will be framed, sort of MS certification experiences here) followed by
2 Tech rounds + 1 HR round (virtual rounds )

First round - Coding Round - Goes well
Second Round - Technical Round - Goes well
Third Round - Technical Round - Goes average
HR Calls and says - You are not fit for the Senior Level we will give you the Associate level, I confirm them for this role and then the HR vanish. No updates, doesn't receive the call nor replies the message.
Interview process seems unfair. They don’t even let you introduce your experience and skills and begin with requirements which seem to be odd.The process needs to be more fair and better driven
