Why would HRs conduct aptitude test for recruiting UI/Ux Designer? How does this going to help in hunting a product designer? I understand if this is your process of recruitment. But does this going to help in real time for a product designers to solve mathematical equations? I feel this is unnecessary for recruiting a product designer.
