Interview
Interview process is very cumbersome, they take a long written test after asking you to fill their big candidate details form, they are poor guys sitting there waiting for a design as what they have thought in their mind. No one can design one problem the same way as they thought off.

Question 1
You have to write a code for the two problems or system design for the one requirement
for the design they have a question like create a system design for online test management system including question bank management.
During the second round they started the interview in a poor note, stating that you have not done well in your designing test, but asked me questions like:
- what is serialization
- what is Syncronization
- countdownlatch
- experience of solving server crash issue

Interview
The interview was a drive, multiple roles. I reached around 1pm, and interview happened around 4:30pm. The HR and interview both were incredibly nice, well behaved and kept a smiling demeaner. The interviewer was friendly, didn't judge me in case of wrong answers. I was selected for second round, which wasn't successful unfortunately due to my inexperience in distributed systems. Overall nice process, would love to join the company if I get a chance.

Why Azure functions? What is scalability in Azure, why is it important? Cap theorem, how to maintain data consistency in distributed systems? Explain your project structure.
It was great, highly technical and mostly scenario based questions asked.
Touched upon each skills mentioned in a resume. So, prepare all the mentioned skills. 3 technical rounds along with one coding round based on hackathon

Brief introduction about yourself and tech stack with versions
First round was written round, It had some basic Java questions and 2nd round was technical round, the interviewer asked about multi-threading, micro services and general core java questions. Overall its OK
