Horrible process. 1. HR, Akanksha Badoni, reached out to me for attempting a technical task over a weekday with barely 12 hours notice. I told 'em let's do it over the weekend and she denied the request. She reached out again on the weekend, with the same 12-hour notice, but I made time and attempted the test. 2. The HR disappears for a few days, then she reached out to me with 1 available slot at a less than 24-hour notice to appear for the first round. They behave as if they are interviewing freshers who have nothing better to do, absolutely no work always available for their interviews. I had a meeting at that time so had to decline. 3. Afterwards HR reached out to me a few days later with just 1 slot. Somehow I was available, hence gave the interview and cleared it. 4. This processes repeated again. The HR will reach out to you in the evening on a certain day, asking you to be available for an interview the very next morning. I gave her a few other slots that can work for me and haven't heard from her since. Advice to the management: Your HRs and Interviewers are in desperate need of an orientation.
