Was called on the telephone and missed their initial call. Then called back over a period of 2 weeks, and was directed to different restaurants via local staff in order to have a higher member of staff conduct my telephone interview. In the end the manager realised this was a mistake and asked for a less senior manager to call me back which never happened. Very difficult.

It was a very pleasant and amazing process, it was a very smooth process and I enjoyed it. Did not have to do much prep. It was easy to prep.
