It was a very cumbersome interview. The guy did not have any idea or knowledge about CSM domain. He was looking for someone who can do all and all for a startup and be a CSM for 100+ customers. They were looking for one person to do multiple role. He was repeating the same questions again and again as he has certain goal in mind and he wanted to see if this person can do and deliver all what they are thinking in their mind. It was simply a waste of time. I quit saying we are wasting each other time. the guy was nice but clueless as what he wants?

Applied for the role. Within a day had someone reach out to setup time to talk. I shared my availability and spoke to them & they then emailed me that they were taking the role in a different direction. The job posting was closed and I never got any response or feedback.
