Interview
After initial pre-screening round with recruiter, there was a screening and probability round with the hiring manager. Then there were 2 interviews on statistics and programming, respectively. Rest of the rounds were fine. My experience was also good with all of them.
The programming round was very chaotic. The interviewer mentioned that it's a busy day and there's a lot of work to do. He shared questions on screen and kept doing his personal work. There was no conversation or walking through the problem together. The shared coding space was not working for the interviewer, so I shared my screen and did coding on my local computer. It seemed he was not happy with that, but that was not my mistake that their coding space was not working. He kept quiet for 15-20 mins and did his own thing, while I was solving the problem. After I solved the problem, he wanted to increase the difficulty level to recursion for all the questions. I think he was looking for his own solution instead of being open to solutions. I was told that it is a python programming test round, instead it seemed that the interviewer was looking into data structures and software engineering kind of solution. I don't mind if that is the expectation but it would have been nice if things were communicated clearly. Later, I was called for round 3 behavioral. I didn't get the offer because of the coding interview. I wish the coding round was a little bit more welcoming and friendly.

Interview
Interview process was well structured. Steps: Recruiter email, Recruiter call, Hiring Manager call, Technical interview (python, Sql), Cultural fit Interview, Leadership interview. Although I did not get the offer, the interview experience was very smooth and timely.
