Interview
Typical interview of introductions to being with, followed by some values questions, competency questions and then role specific questions. All generally answered using the STAR method. Time at the end to ask any questions you may have. It was an enjoyable experience with nice people.
A screening interview with HR followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager.
The interview was varied in topics and allowed plenty of time for questions and discussions afterwards. Questions were focused around competency for the role and the National Gas values.
