4 stages as described on the website. The video interview involves 3 questions with about 2 minutes to prepare and 6 minutes to record a 2-minute answer. And afterwards will reach to half-day virtual assessment centre with 3 assessments (written, group discussion, presentation) and eventually an interview with the council.

Challenging process and pressurised timed interview and assessment but plenty of support and guidance to help you prepare. The recruitment process is quite long and takes a good 6 months.
