National Grid Graduate Development Program interview questions

Started with an initial application then got sent a few skills assessments and had to complete a pre recorded interview. After passing those you get invited for a final interview to decide offers.

I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question. EG. Why do you want to work for National Grid? What interests you in the Graduate Development Program? Tell me about a time you had to change your course of action while working on an assignment. Tell me about a time when you set difficult goals for a project and the steps you took to achieve these goals.
