HireVue so it wasn’t personable at all, AI is grading you so don’t waste your time. Why work for a company who won’t take 30 minutes of out their day to talk to a prospective candidate?

Interview
After the initial application, you move forward to a hirevue round. After that is the interview. The Hirevue is a little hard because you aren't talking to anyone. The games are pretty easy, no need to stress about them.

Who is someone that you have built a strong connection with
I truly disliked the interview process here. It was an automated response process, where you are asked to respond to prompts through videos. It felt very impersonal, and was unlike any other interview I've done before because you are not actually in a conversation.
