NTPC conduct recruitment for executive engineer trainee, every year through gate score. after completing 1 year of training, you will become permanent at NTPC's various plant locations. ntpc shortlist student based on the gate exam score, followed by document varification and medical checkup. there is no interview round at NTPC.
