Meeting with the owner and HR in person.
Very informal!
This is a small office and did not appear professional. I have constantly seeing the same position month after month which means it is a revolving door! There is not a comprehensive benefits package and minimal training to provide account managers the tools for success they will need to be successful.
Our interview process starts with Ryan. (Trainer). Then our 2nd interview is with the CEO Jon Lewis. Our benefits are the best in the business! Medical, (United Health Care) Dental, Vision, and Life. We will have 401K by 7/1/25! Again, we have a dedicated trainer (Ryan) and automation specialist for our CRM/Prospecting. (Brian)
