Typical account manager that can't hit goal. We're up on attendance Y-O-Y. This is a sales job that requires benchmarks.

great group of sales people. nice base salary, not enough for family. you get your own office if in Utah or Tennessee. flexibility is good. meals paid for every first friday. office location nice.

very hard to hit the commission thresh hold. people getting fired all the time, lots of job security fears. owner talks bad about his employees on the daily company call, and is rude/forward. training is pretty much nothing, but its not hard to get started. what your selling, sucks. out of 100 shows there are only 4 good ones, and not that many people resign, claiming they have an 81% resign rate, you are constantly looking for suckers to take 1000 dollars from. also, ive never seen a company try so hard to take commission away from their employees. 2 favorite sales people, one has access to the info account for leads. 2 people also have 60% of the accounts.

Unfortunately, this is an employee that couldn't hit goal in 5 months, We have 20 account managers and our average is over 105K with base and commission. It's also important to note that we have account managers that exceed $400K . Account Managers are required to hit goal. We have a dedicated trainer, and dedicated automation specialist. Our account managers position continues to get easier with automations and uploads on prospecting. We also have full benefits and will continue to grow.
