The interview process has two main stages. First, there’s a take-home project where I’ll be asked to work through a practical task that reflects the type of analysis and reporting done in the role. This gives me the chance to show how I approach data, structure my analysis, and present results.
If that goes well, the next step is a team interview. That’s where I’ll meet members of the Performance, Reliability and Optimisation team, and answer questions about my technical skills, problem-solving approach, and how I’d fit into the team. It’s also an opportunity for me to learn more about their projects and working style.
