Natural Resource Governance Institute interview questions

The interview was a 4 step process starting with a preliminary interview with two staff, followed by two written assessments, and a final interview with senior management staff. The first interview covered my background, interest in the role, and learning more about the position followed by two scenario-based assessments and subsequently an in-person interview with top executives

3 interviews, all remote/phone, with in-country and global team. First 2 focused on skills while 3rd was more EQ and situational (hypothetical) questions. All in all a very straightforward and enjoyable process
