I applied online and received an email from HR. I was asked to complete a coding challenge. I submitted it 3 days later. I did not receive a response so I sent an email 7 days after submission date and then another email 11 days from submission date. Finally received a response from HR who said they have not reviewed my submission. I then sent another email 6 days after HR had finally responded. Then I received en email stating they decided not to proceed with me.
The whole process was painfully slow.

Each submission is reviewed manually by our CPO or a senior member of technical staff.
