Went through 3 interviews with Navistone over three weeks. Felt that the interviewers were not prepared with questions pertaining to the role. When I asked for a follow-up after the last interview, they send me an automated rejection.

Interview
There were 5 virtual interviews with different members of the company. Basic questions were asked. During the interviews, some of the members seemed burned out from their job. The interview scheduling was disorganized at times due to delayed responses from the hiring manager. No explanation was provided as to why the hiring decision was made.
