Pros
The team at NaviStone is incredibly welcoming, and collaboration is a core value here. Everyone is open to new ideas, and there’s a real sense of working towards a common goal. The onboarding experience has been thorough, with clear communication from leadership and peers, which makes you feel supported every step of the way. There’s also significant room for growth and innovation, and leadership is very hands-on, providing guidance and support whenever needed.
Cons
No cons I can think of. I would say that the fast-paced environment could be challenging for some, but personally, I thrive in that type of setting.
