My first phone interview was with an internal recruiter who didn't have great details on the position and slightly over-promised on the salary (big shock). I then went in for a quasi in-person interview. I say "quasi" because I talked to my boss's boss in-person while my direct boss was on speaker phone.
Questions were totally conventional: some on personality and others on general technical background. There were no math questions, case studies, or anything else like that.
