I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Neiman Marcus (Austin, TX) in Sept 2013
Interview
It took forever. Three separate interviews with many different managers. Then a week to get an offer contingent on passing a drug test, which I did so shortly thereafter I started. Each manager wanted to make sure I was right for the particular position which was a challenging one to say the least, so maybe that's why it took longer.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Question 1
Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
