Interview
Three interviews total for a low-level, contract position. First and second interviews went well, although the team said some things that brought up red flags about the company's organization and project management skills. Third interview with HR assumed I knew the position started initially, and asked to confirm that I knew. Nowhere on the job listing, or during the other interviews, was this mentioned, nor was I asked my location/potential start date. Did not get the job based on inability to immediately start.

Background, communication styles, abilities to stick to protocols, flow cytometry experience.
Initial phone screening with HR to go over job description, salary expectation, and vaccination status. Followed by zoom interview with the hiring manger roughly two weeks apart. Interview with hiring manager to go over job history and qualifications.

Interview
The 30 minutes scheduled called was cut short in about 15 min after I was asked a question about a number of years I had in a specific area. I was then explained that the number I had did not match the company's very specific requirements and the call was abruptly ended. On my resume I did not have that specific area mentioned at all, so you can imagine my frustration with them wasting everyone's time if the company knew I am not going to have that experience (unless they did not read the resume?)
