Neon Flux interview questions

I went through three rounds of interviews just to be ghosted by this company. I went to check back in and everyone who I interviewed with was either laid off/left as they're no longer on the website. The initial interview with the recruiter was strange as she barely asked me any questions about my actual experience. Halfway through the process, the job that I was interviewing for changed from "brand manager" to "marketing project manager". The job description was similar, but listed P&L responsibility which is not typically project manager task. They seemed really unclear on what exactly they were hiring for in this role. Everyone who I interviewed with said they had only been with the company for 6-7 months. The CEO also mentioned that they had already restructured 2x this year (it was Q1). Judging by the fact that everyone who I talked to (including the CEO) seems to be gone now, they must have restructured again.

I went through two rounds of interviews. Each interview went well by both of these individuals stating that they really loved my work. However, they didn’t ask many questions and in the second interview I was in, the person interviewing me kept interrupting what I was saying to talk to someone else who I assume was also in the room with them. I found this interview to be a bit odd and inconsiderate but I kept going as I was still interested in the actual job. After the 2nd round, I was told there would be an unpaid design task sent over to me for my 3rd round to look out for. I sent a usual follow up email at the end of the day saying thank you and that I’m looking forward to the task. I was completely ghosted even after I followed up a second time a few days later. Judging by the reviews here, I’m really happy for this turnout since this doesn’t seem to be an incredibly secure place to work.
