I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
1. Online application (including questions about why the company / role)
2. Situational reasoning test
2. Numerical reasoning test
3. Video interview (still waiting to hear results).
This was tough and hard to prepare for. Be yourself and answer honestly.
4. Assessment centre
Assessment centre then further presentation and interview, they will not give any productive feedback at any stage just generic reports from one way interview provider. I would still apply, however bear in mind they will, like all companies, take an excessive amount of time to tell you your result. The assessment centre, when I attended but they said that this will change, involved no group tasks but just individual tasks that you then have to reflect on.
