Telephone interview- woman was so bored it was highly unprofessional and lacked enthusiasm from her end making it so difficult
2 rounds of tests snd a full application process they get back to you quickly but then to arrange telephone interview is awful first one they put me on a Sunday and never rang so I had to chase it up second time round awfully unprofessional and rude
Initial online application and tests. Didn't hear anything for a fair few months but got told I passed the tests; this didn't guarantee an assessment centre. 3 ish months passed and I got to the AC. It was half a day, individual task and interview and Q&A with current grads. Was really interesting.
