Nestlé's recruitment process began with a dynamic Group Discussion to evaluate collaborative and analytical skills. This was followed by a personal interview focused entirely on the candidate's CV. The discussion centered on past experiences, projects, and skills listed on their resume to gauge their practical knowledge and fit.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nestlé in Sept 2018
Interview
Process consisted of shortlisting of students with a GPA of 8.5+. After shortlisting GD was conducted based on which 8 candidates were selected for the interview round. Panel of 2. One technical interviewer and one HR. Both were very cordial and respectful in their dealings with candidates. Overall process took 1 day.
