I applied online and the recruiter called me after 1 month. After the initial phone call with the recruiter, I had a phone call with the hiring manager, then 5 more in-person interviews within one month with all stakeholders: peers and the whole management chain. The sessions were between 30-60 min each and all were 1:1.

Rather normal, reached the final stage. 3 stages: phone interview with 2 talent acquisition specialists, zoom interview with hiring manager, 1:1 with regional head. All of the stages took 30-40 minutes. All of the people were nice and positive
