I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NetApp (Champaign, IL) in May 2017
Interview
30-minute screening interview for their new program which was supposed to be launched in June 2017. The interview was amazing, I did great (at least that's what the Hiring Manager said), she promised to get back in a couple of days. I waited for a week, then emailed her, she didn't respond. I emailed her again the next week, she didn't respond. The employee who referred me emailed her as well, she didn't respond to that either. I had heard great things about the organization, and I was absolutely interested in their new program. And that's the reason why I waited for their response before finalizing other options. I wish the Hiring Manager at least had the courtesy to send a rejection email if she wasn't interested in hiring. People say we should not waste the recruiter's time, I wish the recruiters stopped taking our time for granted. We are talented individuals and deserve to be treated with respect.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NetApp in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was based on a round of interviews with different stakeholders in the organization. The process was well organized and people were very kind and straight to the point. Overall the process was great and I felt very comfortable during all the interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were interested in the motivation for joining the company and they did describe very precisely the expectations for their candidates, asking questions about previous experiences at other vendors etc..
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NetApp (Bengaluru) in July 2018
Interview
It was an off campus interview. I got a link to write the test which was aptitude+technical+english objective questions. I was shortlisted and called to the office for f2f interview. Interviewer was very friendly and everything was asked based on the things that I mentioned in my resume and some other puzzle questions. Both technical and hr took place at the same time. And they mailed me within a week that they are not hiring me(atleast they are letting us know unlike other companies which will not inform about our interview status).
