Applied through Netapp website, was called by a recruiter who setup a 30 Minute interview with a higher level engineer. One week later was called in for an hour and a half interview with two more higher level engineers

Normal interview process was smooth. Nothing out of the ordinary. Classic and standard process of hiring in the region and in the industry. Hiring manager asking classic questions and asking about past experiences

It was 40 minutes interview with technical lead He was friendly and gave enough feedback Once cleared there was gone be HR round but the tech lead clearly said they were looking for more experienced person for position and keep my profile on hold
