I had a 30-minute recruiter screening that went very well. The recruiter was personable, and it felt like a genuine conversation rather than a formal question-and-answer interview. They asked me about my experience and recent campaigns that caught my eye, including Netflix and others. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Son procesos muy largos y tediosos. Una vez se pasan las entrevistas online con HR y el manager, se hace un panel de 5 entrevistas seguidas on site. Es muy drenante y exigente.
