I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Netflix (Oslo) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online via linkedin and received an email from the recruiter a few days later. She wanted to schedule a phone interview. A couple of days later the recruiter called at the agreed time and it was a screening call that lasted for about 30 minutes. It was fine, she seemed nice and all in all was an ok experience.

No questions about the culture at Netflix, only very specific questions related to the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2024
Interview
It was a 5 meeting interview process, 6 if you count the recruiter. Most of the interviewers were pretty unprofessional - some hadn't looked at my resume or were eating during the interview (?!).

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Very direct with expectations and salary range. The recruiter seemed very experienced and knowledgeable of the role- which was helpful for me to gauge whether I wanted to move forward. They ended up taking the role internally but I would definitely consider them again.
Interviewed for three months went through the whole process and received positive signals in every interview. Completely was blindsided in the end. The recruiter wasn’t even going to share the news until I reminded her.
