Um recrutador da Netflix me abordou pelo LinkedIn. Ele apresentou uma vaga e convidou para uma entrevista (em inglês). Fizemos essa entrevista no mês de Agosto (2024). Pouco mais de uma semana depois, tive outra entrevista com o hiring manager.
Mais de um mês depois, fui chamado para entrevista com outras pessoas (tanto de São Paulo quanto de outros países). Essas entrevistas ocorreram em 1 semana. Enviei e-mail 2 vezes perguntando se havia algum feedback. Nunca responderam. Achei uma total falta de respeito, especialmente porque eles que vieram atrás de mim e não o oposto.
