I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Paris) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was a for a job in France.
I applied in october and received a call from an HR located in UK.
After the first screen call (30 min), I received a positive feedback within few days. And I did a first interview with one member of the french team at Netflix France. Then I received again an email saying that the feedback has been positive. I moved to " panels " with 4 differents team members (4 x 30 mins). After one week I received a positive feedback and I learnt that we were 2 at this stage. I went to the Paris office to talk with 2 Directors it was the final round.
5 days after I received an email saying that it was challenging to take the decision and they decided to pick up the other girl.
It was heartbreaking and I didn't received any feedback on the reasons.
The team has been amazing all along the process and coordinators and HR were reaally nice and pro active. It took 2 months almost and I passed by 7 interviews for this position.
My advice : a lot of people applied for netflix and they really take the highest qualified people. They are really picky on the core values you should really learn them from the beginning. Don't consider the final round as a "yes" they will judge you and compare yourself with the other candidate. They are absolutely nice but competitive. Even if you had a good connection during the interview process if they don't want to go further with you- they will just let you down.
They also ask many questions - the challenges you faced at work, how you handle situation (...) be prepared to all of this kind of stuffs.
The interview process takes weeks and it's difficult for your current company to adapt (be prepared to be free and flexible because they don't really let you the choice of the schedules). It was a pleasure to meet those people, they were brilliant. It's still heartbreaking on my side but I wish you will nail it ! good luck guys !
Many interviews but all quite short around 30 min on VC, at least 5 interviews. No tests. You meet team members and other cross functional teams. Process took at least 3 -4 weeks.
It was a long interview process. Went through about 5 total rounds spanning 4 months. My recruiter was nice and encouraging through the process. Made it to the on campus interview which was comprised of 30 minute rounds with key members of the team. Overall very welcoming vibe.

I applied online. I interviewed at Netflix (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Really smooth and clear, very speedy - they don't leave you waiting weeks for feedback and are really good communicators. Multiple stages with different team members, the environment seems really positive and they make you feel very welcome / comfortable but have an incredibly high standard (understandably).
