Interview
I was an internship from July to Oct. and in the end of internship I had a chance to convert as a full-time employ. However, they had a live coding interview and the interviewer was quite mean tbh
The interview included an online code-assignment, HR interview, code challenge with oversight and AI/ML interview stage, as well as talking with one of the leads. The code assignments were leet-code styled from easy and medium difficutlies.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nethermind (Seoul) in June 2023
Interview
I had an interview with the CEO, Tomasz. He was absolutely amazing in his understanding of the subject, building infra for blockchain and financial application in DeFi. The conversation was very friendly and I was offered an intern position at the end. We had different views on AI and blockchain, however at the end of the conversation we both had a fair understanding of different point of views
