In Netleon firstly hr will ask you about yourself & about some other formalities . & after then your specialized TL will ask you about your work platform . After then Company's CEO will meet you personally if you will eligible for that post.

First i have cleared the telephonic interview after when i was cleared the first round than i was qualified for Machine Test.In Machine Test, they assign me a task and provide me a system and after that i was cleared the second round also.
