I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope (Santa Clara, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online then I got contacted by their recruiter. The interview process came with two phone screening, one with the recruiter and the hiring manager and then a final onsite visit. The onsite interview consisted of 5 employees and the hiring manager to finish.
Heads up, the hiring manager is not an easy person to get along with and expects a formal interview setting so be prepared for a pressured interview.
I applied online. The interview process took 1+ month. I interviewed at Los Altos on October, 2016.
I had an intiial phone screening with the recruiter, and was asked to leave a 30 second voicemail to the Sales Manager pitching products of Netskope. Then I went on a 30-minute phone interview with the Sales Manager discussing my experiences. Lastly I was invited to come onsite and met with 2 SDRs and the Sales Manager.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Its always good to receive constructive feedback. I'm constantly working on improving our interview process from both our side and the candidate's perspective.

Interview
I spoke to the hiring manager for a second round interview, and I thought the interview went well. In reality, the interviewer ended up wasting both his and my time. After he asked his questions, I asked him a final question of "How do we proceed from here?". He mentioned that I was one of the candidates lower down the list due to my lack of experience in the networking field. In the end, that meant a no, but what I do not appreciate is that if he knew that I did not have experience in the networking industry, then why did he bother to waste both his and my time. He should have known that most fresh college graduates are not going to have much networking experience to begin with. Lastly, the hiring manager had a very pretentious vibe to himself, and in the end I am glad that I am not working for someone like you.
