Don't waste your time with this company. They just reject even though you did well in interviews.
There were total 2 rounds. 2 coding rounds, 1 on python and automation framework. 1 Hiring manager round.
Manager making fun of my current company. At that time I have decided I don't want to work under such manager. All interviews went well.
After two weeks they sent standard rejection email
I applied online. I interviewed at Netskope in Oct 2025
Interview
1. Recruiter screen
2. Hiring manager
3. Technical assessment
The recruiter screen was easy. It was just a fact check. The hiring manager interview was full of system design questions I’m not sure if most SDET would have experience with. It felt like no one would pass this step.
I’m not sure if the position is real as I keep seeing the exact same position being reposted over and over, for more than two years by now. It’s hard to believe that they can’t fill the position for such a long time when the market is filled with talented people. Given the fact that all other members live and work in India and this position is the “first” U.S hire, which they apparently can not fill for years, I would assume this is not a real position.

Kubernetes apps can not communicate each other. How do you troubleshoot?
I applied online. I interviewed at Netskope (Santa Clara, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process had below steps -
1. Recruiter screening.
2. One hour of an online coding interview on zoom.
3. Virtual onsite which had 6 rounds of technical interviews - one with the developer, two with SDET background folks, one with the hiring manager and one with the QA director. The 5 rounds had coding exercises that were of medium level of difficulty and the 6th round was scenario-based testing based question, had to come up with different testing approaches and use cases. The interviewers were friendly and helpful, the approach to the problems was given more importance than the solution itself. The problems were mostly leetcode easy to medium difficulty level. Two rounds included questions on scenario-based testing approaches. The recruiter was very responsive and expedited the process on my request as I had another offer and wanted to finalize on one sooner. She made sure I landed in a team I was interested in asap. Overall experience was very positive and looking forward to join the team.
