First round was programming round where you are provided with some basic questions and you code and mail them their screenshot. Second round was technical interview with the CEO and he asks different questions which were out of the box(such as how many students were there in your college semester and what was the passing pattern in your college).I found these questions very disappointing and illogical. No technical questions asked with my experience. Overall complete waste of time. I request avoid this procedure.

Just ask to developer a web application using spring and hibernate with login, registration, update profile, spring security pages. Ask questions related previous application, roles. Within week I got confirmation mail for job
