What made the experience disappointing was receiving a rejection without any specific feedback, despite the interview feeling very positive. After investing significant time preparing for the process, I followed up hoping to better understand the decision, but never received a response. I completely understand that not every interview leads to an offer, and I respect the company's decision. However, the lack of feedback and communication afterward left me feeling that candidates' time and effort were not fully valued. A brief response or some constructive feedback would have gone a long way toward creating a better candidate experience.
