I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Neuro Alert (White Plains, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a 2 hour interview prior to thanksgiving. Then took a "disc" assessment online. then had a phone interview. Then they brought me back in for final round interview which took OVER 4 HOURS LONG. met with CEO. CFO. COO etc etc. they all said how great of a job I did. Got a call back a few days after and they left me a voicemail saying how they were passing on me. Said if I wanted to chat with them to call back. Which i did, along with an email and I am still yet to hear from anyone further than the 25 second voicemail. Honestly. I am glad it didnt work out because i wouldnt have wanted to work for a company that operates this way anyway.
They made me write them a hand written letter and fill out all of this absurd background check paper work prior to the interview process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Neuro Alert (White Plains, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Spoke with recruiter, then a local manager, then COO. All interviews were conducted over the phone. The questions were very straightforward about my personal experience in a similar position, then went over details of the position I was applying for. All interviews were very laidback, and questions did not feel like a normal "cookie cutter" variety. Even the COO was very laid back and down to earth.
