Management is terrible, old, with outdated views on how to work efficiently. They use you to do their lazy work and then take all the credit for everything you’ve done. They have fired people for no reason other than “they aren’t a good fit” but really it’s just because they’re insecure and probably jealous of the younger and more capable employee. The “culture” is essentially just gossiping and spreading rumors about one another and bully you until you feel isolated and alone.

Not many cons that I encountered.
