I applied online. I interviewed at Neuromonitoring Associates (Houston, TX) in June 2026
Interview
3 interviews. First with hiring team, director, then local. First one had the most questions such as why IONM, how flexible are you, etc. 2nd one was more talkative and asked similar questions. 3rd one was mostly them giving information.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Neuromonitoring Associates (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview was fairly easy. Both interviewies were very detailed on how their training works and how the overall path of joining the company would look like. They were able to answer any questions I had and were able to also lead me in a direction of where I could end up at the end of my training career at that time!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you communicate with others and do you feel comfortable being able to communicate with patients and doctors
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Neuromonitoring Associates (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2016
Interview
Extensive application process meeting hospital requirements more than the companies requirements. More than asking a bunch of pointed questions, it was a conversation to get to know me. The company wants to hire quality people over those that can answer questions.
