Pros

Supportive team, approachable managers, and strong learning opportunities. Exposure to real-world automation projects (RPA, Appian) with meaningful impact. Positive work culture and helpful colleagues make it a great place to grow.

Cons

Some processes are still evolving as the team scales, which can require adaptability at times.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, employer paid insurance, and a somewhat decent bonus structure are about the only things they’ve got goin on for themselves.

Cons

They expect you to travel and cover other regions even if you aren’t apart of the travel team. They are in current litigation for fudging employee status as Exempt and not properly paying overtime hours worked. When I first started it felt like they had a good company culture, but by the time it left I felt more like a number rather than a valued employee.
